Level 1

Virtual Vision Session (2 hours) - $200
Explore your land’s potential via Google Meet. We’ll walk your property together (virtually), clarify your goals, identify opportunities and challenges, and outline next steps. Many clients find this session alone gives them enough clarity to begin confidently.

Includes:

  • 2-hour virtual consultation

  • Goal-mapping and site walkthrough

  • Actionable next steps

Level 2

Site Assessment + Overview Map - $800
Includes everything from Level 1, plus a birds-eye overview of your land using satellite imagery and basic mapping tools. You’ll gain perspective on sun angles, slope, water flow, infrastructure, and ecological patterns—ideal for future planning.

Includes:

  • Level 1 consult

  • Custom overview map (PDF)

  • 30-minute map review call

Ideal for new landowners, early-stage planners, or long-term homestead visionaries.

Level 3

Full Custom Design Package - $2000
Build your permaculture dream with a tailored design. Using satellite overlays and your vision, I’ll map zones of use, food forests, animal systems, water harvesting, and more—ready for implementation.

Includes:

  • Everything in Level 1 & 2

  • Full permaculture design overlay (Zones, water, plantings, animals, etc.)

  • 1-hour post-design consult to review and revise

Best for full-scale transformations and serious long-term planning.

What You’ll Need

To make the most of your consultation, please prepare:

  • GIS map or satellite image of your land with contour lines, water sources, etc.

  • Septic permit, utility easements, water/power/gas/fiber line info (if known)

  • Stable internet connection (for virtual walk-throughs)

  • Up to 5 acres: If your property is larger, pick a 5-acre section to focus on or request custom pricing

Service Area

All consults will be virtual. In-person consults may be available on a case by case scenario with added travel/lodging fees.
